At Anant Electronics, we believe in maintaining transparency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and protecting the interests of both our buyers and sellers. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 1. General Returns

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.

• Condition of Product:

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Mobile handsets must not be activated, unboxed, or tampered with in any way.

• Return Location: The product must be returned in person to the same Anant Electronics store where it was purchased.

• Documentation Required:

  • A valid purchase invoice (bill) is mandatory.

  • Return requests are subject to mutual agreement after the product is physically inspected and verified by the seller.

⚠️ Important: Products that are opened, activated, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange unless declared DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the official brand.

⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

• Brand Guidelines: All DOA cases are handled strictly as per the respective brand’s official DOA policy.

• DOA Certification Process:

  • Customers must visit the brand-authorized service center.

  • A DOA certificate must be obtained stating the exact issue and confirming the device was defective upon unboxing.

• Next Steps:

  • On submission of a valid DOA certificate, the brand will process a replacement or upgrade as per their guidelines.

  • Anant Electronics will not be liable for any replacement or refund unless the DOA certificate is issued by the brand.

📝 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Return, exchange, or refund requests without proper documentation or product verification will not be entertained.

• Accessories, bundled items, or software (e.g., headphones, chargers, screen guards, etc.) once unsealed are non-returnable.

• Physical damage, liquid damage, screen cracks, or any signs of tampering will void all return or exchange eligibility.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after full inspection and approval from both the seller and the respective brand (if involved).
