We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. However, deliveries to remote areas or restricted zones may vary based on logistical limitations.

📦 1. General Returns

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.

• Product Condition:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Mobile handsets must not be activated or tampered with.

• Return Location: Return must be made to the same Anant Electronics store from which it was purchased.

• Required Documents:

  • A valid purchase invoice (bill) is mandatory.

  • Return is subject to a mutual agreement between the customer and seller after verification.

❗ Note: Products that are opened, used, or activated are not eligible for return unless categorized as Dead on Arrival (DOA) by the official brand.

⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

• Brand Policy Compliance: All DOA cases are processed in line with the respective brand’s official policy.

• How to Claim:

  • Visit the brand-authorized service center.

  • Obtain a DOA certificate that specifies the issue and confirms it as a manufacturing defect.

• Next Steps:

  • Submit the certificate to initiate a replacement or upgrade, as per the brand’s terms.

  • Anant Electronics will act only after DOA certification is confirmed by the brand.

📝 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Return or refund requests without proper documentation or product verification will not be entertained.

• Accessories, bundled software, or open-box items are non-returnable once unsealed.

• Any signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or screen cracks void return eligibility.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by the seller and brand.
